Express Shipping ($19.95) — Need your jewelry in time for a special event? Choose express delivery for faster arrival.

How long will shipping take?
Standard delivery takes 4–12 business days, depending on your location.

What if I’m not home when my parcel arrives?
If no one is available, the courier may leave your parcel in a secure location. Otherwise, they’ll leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from your local depot.

Will I need to sign for my delivery?
If you’re home, a signature will be required. If not, the courier may leave your parcel safely or return it to the local depot. You’ll be notified with instructions on how to collect it or reschedule delivery.

Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?
Yes! Simply enter your preferred shipping address at checkout. If you need to update it after placing your order, please contact us within 6 hours so we can make the change before dispatch.

What if my parcel doesn’t arrive?
If your parcel is delayed, please allow up to 4 business days beyond the estimated delivery date before contacting us. If you still haven’t received your order, email us with your order number and we’ll resolve it right away.
