We want every Sincere Sally customer to truly love their jewelry. Each piece is carefully crafted and quality-checked before it leaves us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty

Every Sincere Sally piece is protected by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

If your jewelry ever shows a fault due to craftsmanship or materials, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Scratches

  • Accidental damage or misuse

Exchanges (30 Days)

We’re happy to offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and unworn

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Tags attached

  • Proof of purchase required

Please email us with your request and clear photos of the item before sending it back.
