A: Not at all! All of our pieces are made of high quality Gold Vermeil which is 925 Sterling Silver dipped in 14k Gold. This piece is 100% hypoallergenic and will not tarnish nor cause skin disclouring or rashes.

Best Silver jewellery I've had in a while!!

I have sensitive skin and its really hard for me to find jewelry that wont irritate my skin, and sincere sally didn't disappoint. been wearing it to sleep and in shower and Its still in perfect condition.
